  • You have received a wrong product, or

  • The product received is damaged or defective

We do not accept returns for any other reasons.

To initiate a return, you must:

  2. Include:

    • Your Order ID

    • Clear images or video of the product showing the issue

Our team will review your request and guide you with the return process.


3. Return Conditions

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Return requests without proof (images/video) may not be accepted

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted


4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed only after we receive the returned product at our facility

  • Once received and inspected, your refund will be initiated


5. Refund Timeline

  • Refund will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned product

  • The amount will be credited via the original payment method or as store credit (if applicable)
